By: Alisa Lindsey

During carnival time, we all have our favorite crews that we must see.  Do we really know the history of our favorite krewes, or what they do for our community?  Many of the krewes are social aid and pleasure clubs that impact the community in so many different ways.  The history of each krewe is available on their websites.
